Structured Plan
Each class starts with a warm-up, then the athlete chooses between two different paths, and end the session with a group style workout. A coach leads the class, with a program designed to prevent burnout and deliver results if followed consistently.
Accountability
Getting started and sticking your plan is the hardest part. As a gym we try to keep everyone accountable to show up consistently and give their best effort.
Education
We teach clients how to approach workouts and make lifestyle changes that will get them closer to their goals.
Fun
Our goal is to provide an enjoyable yet challenging environment that help keep you motivated to come to class ready to work.
